At Austin Gutter Cleaners, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and professionalism. To ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for our clients, we have established the following policies:

  • Scheduling and Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, we do require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.

  • Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking the service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to cancel future appointments.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not satisfied with the results, please let us know and we'll work with you to make it right.

  • Additional Mileage Charge

If your home is located outside of a 20-mile radius of the center of Austin, TX, we may need to charge an additional mileage fee of $2 per mile to cover travel expenses. We will let you know in advance if this fee applies to your appointment.

  • Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers and their property, accidents can happen. We carry liability insurance to protect our customers and our employees, but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable circumstances.

  • Weather Conditions

In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons. We will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. You will not be charged a re-scheduling fee for this.

  • Safety

We prioritize the safety of our team above all else. We use state-of-the-art safety equipment and techniques, including ladders with stabilizers and fall protection gear, to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries during the gutter cleaning process. We regularly inspect our equipment to ensure that it is in good condition and functioning properly. By hiring us, you can trust that the job will be done safely and efficiently, with minimal risk of injury or damage to your property.
